I made a Cigar and a Slim Line Pen with Deer Antler. I had a blast doing it! I had to give it a try and glad I did. It does stink when you’re turning it but when done it’s worth it. I had to make the first one to get the Antler, it was a trade one pen and I get the rest of the rack, these are mine, I’ve done his this morning and was fast about it, I made two Slim Lines and one Cigar Pen. This is a little harder then cutting a block of wood and hitting center to have enough material to make a good pen.
A sharp tool is a must, I sharpened at least two times a pen. I think my buddy Opie will like these? I’ve been so busy, today is a day I just played, I rode my bike to Church, I made a few pens, I stayed out of Karen’s way! I even helped with the fish tanks today!
I asked my wife if she wanted one? Here’s what I got! NO!!! For peat seak it’s a Pen!!!!! Hand Crafted Deer Antler Pen.
As I was walking away, she said! What about Frank and Linda? I said shoot!! What about Vern? I have a new plan for Frank and Linda. . .kinda glad I messed up I found something I think will be better looking wood?

Shoulda let the girls have it, when they wanted it. And it does stink!
